The "Service" is an internet service consisting of Voltility’s news & data website. In these terms, references to "you" mean the subscriber organisation and users within that organisation to whom a User ID and password are issued. References to "us" means Voltility.
Your User ID and password is for your personal use (one licensed user as agreed by Voltility) and cannot be disclosed to anyone else without our prior written agreement.
The following are not permitted:
1. Any Registered User, Subscriber or licensed user under any subscription sharing their user name and password with any other person or entity, including with any Agent of such user;
2. Access through a single user name and password being made available to multiple users on a network;
Notwithstanding the restrictions above, you are responsible for all access and use of Voltility by you or anyone else using any of your user names and passwords and for preventing unauthorised use of any of your user names and passwords. If you believe there has been any breach of security (such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorised use of any user name, password or any payment information), please notify us immediately by email: email@example.com.
As a Registered User and/or Subscriber, you agree we may refer to the name of your business and to the Services we have provided to you when marketing our business.
Use of Service:
You may use the Service in accordance with its intended functionality and you may use the material it contains ("Content") for personal research purposes. For that purpose, you may access and view the Content on-screen and print-out very limited portions of the Content on an occasional and irregular basis. You may not photocopy downloaded Content nor republish, distribute or make available any part of the Content on any web site, intranet, extranet, in any commercial service nor in any other form or by any other method without our prior written permission. When permission is given Voltility’s Content should be sourced to ‘Voltility’.
Copyright and similar rights in the Contents belong to Voltility Group Ltd. The trademark "Voltility" belongs to Voltility Group Ltd and may not be used without permission.
Any software which you download from Voltility is used at your own risk. Voltility excludes all express or implied warranties concerning such software. Voltility reserves the right to include technological measures within the Service to protect the Content. You may not remove or alter any such measures.
Voltility hereby excludes all warranties, express or implied, in respect of the Service and the Content. Voltility will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business projects, or loss of profits) which may arise in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of or inability to access or use the Service or any of the Content or from any action or decision taken (or refrained from being taken) as a result of using the Service or any such Content.
This Agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned by you. We reserve the right to add to or vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Details of any changes will be identified in subsequent versions of these Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement will be governed by English law and you and Voltility hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
